Representative Jones says that cannabis would dull the pain that one would be going through when he has certain conditions.

The biggest misconception of this drug is that only drug addicts would consume it so that can feel that high that would not make them think properly. Now according to the bill, only those who are suffering from really bad diseases are allowed to be able to take this drug. The catch here is that it has to first be prescribed by the doctor before one can even use it. Now this bill does not just allow any sick person to take this drug legally. One of the main conditions that would be stated in the bill is that one would have to undergo a background check first. The authorities would want to check for a criminal record or a record for drug abuse before allowing one to use this substance.
